Infosys BPO and RSA Insurance awarded with the 2017 GSA UK Offshoring Project of the Year

Infosys BPO and RSA Insurance have won the prestigious 2017 GSA UK Offshoring Project of the Year award. The award ceremony on 19th October at the Intercontinental Hotel, London saw an attendance of more than 350 members of the top global outsourcing service providers, advisers and buyers

The award is a recognition of the excellent work demonstrated by Infosys BPO with its HRO and L&D offshoring services working closely with RSA, which led to a substantial reduction in their operating costs. The Infosys BPO team also helped RSA achieve operational excellence through productivity improvements, reduced TAT, and negligible errors. The continuous innovations helped RSA receive plenty of benefits as a result of implementing a dedicated HR helpdesk and self-service portal for digital statement.
