Ma Rhodora (Ayhee) Campos, DC Head, Infosys BPO Manila, was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World (Global FWN100).

The 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World Award recognizes achievers who influence the face of leadership in a global workplace and have done outstanding work in the areas of leadership, achievement, and contribution to society, femtorship, and legacy.

“The Global FWN100 women are dynamic entrepreneurs, rising stars under the age 35, practitioners, community leaders, and executives who have moved through the ranks in large organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies. They are powerful examples of women doing extraordinary work who will motivate our youth and future leaders,” said Thelma Boac, Chair of the Global FWN100 Worldwide Search and Selection Committee.

The winners of this prestigious award are selected based on:

  • The scope of their positions
  • Influence in their industries and communities
  • Board affiliations
  • Other leadership roles

This year, the organization received nominations from 16 different countries.

“The Global FWN100 Awards is the heart of FWN's Filipina Global Power 2020 Vision: Build the Filipina community's pipeline of qualified leaders to increase the odds that some will rise to the ‘president’ position in the public and private sectors of the global economy,” added Marily Mondejar, FWN’s founder and CEO.

The official awarding ceremony was held at the Makati Shangri-la Hotel, Manila, Philippines, on October 7.
