Infosys BPO wins accolades at National Quality Excellence Awards

Infosys BPO’s excellence in quality was recognized at the National Quality Excellence Awards, Mumbai, where it bagged two awards in the Best Business Process Excellence Program and the Best Process Improvement Project categories.

The National Quality Excellence Awards were instituted to encourage organizations to adopt quality management principles. The Best Business Process Excellence Program award recognizes the vision, business impact, and sustainability of mature business process excellence programs. The Best Process Improvement Project award recognizes the best improvement project that contributed to an organization’s value, sustainability, and innovation.

Infosys BPO received the awards during a ceremony that was held on February 14, 2015 at the Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
