Infosys BPO wins second prize at the Six Sigma Case Study Presentation Contest 2010

Infosys BPO is the winner of the second prize in the IT/ITES segment of the Six Sigma Case Study Presentation Contest 2010, organized by the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore, February 8–9, 2010. The theme of the case study was an engagement that one of the world’s largest distributors of electronics components had with Infosys BPO, and it paid particular attention to aspects like productivity improvement and waste production.
