Infosys BPO and Rio Tinto win honorary mention at the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) Excellence Awards for Australasia, 2016
The joint award application from Infosys BPO and Rio Tinto won the runner’s up award for Best Process Improvement and Innovation at the SSON Excellence Awards – Australasia 2016. The award was presented to the companies at a glittering awards ceremony in Sydney on June 16, 2016. This prestigious award win is in continuing recognition of the great strides we take in helping create value for clients through constant improvements and innovation.
About our application
Over the past seven years, Rio Tinto and Infosys BPO, its outsourcing solutions provider, have partnered to save costs and increase the efficiency of several sourcing and procurement activities.
