Infosys BPO Poland certified as a 'Top Employer Poland 2012'

Infosys BPO Poland has been certified as a 'Top Employer Poland 2012'. With this, Infosys BPO Poland joins an exclusive group of 32 companies operating in Poland that meets the highest standards in the area of HR management.

About the Top Employers

The 'Top Employers' certification methodology was developed by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) Institute, Netherlands. The Institute was founded in 1991 as a joint initiative of academicians, business journalists, trade associations, researchers, and international publishers, with the objective of offering independent HR assessment and acknowledgement.

Every year, the 'Top Employers' certification is given to those companies that meet the highest standards in the area of HR management taking into consideration the working conditions of and development perspectives for their employees. The companies are judged based on an interview with their HR managers and an audit by Grant Thornton to analyze the basic working conditions, additional benefits, training and career development programs, as well as the company's organizational culture.
