Jeoffery Block, Head of BPO Operations

Jeoffrey Block has over with 33 years of Insurance/Financial Services leadership experience supporting both insurance customers and the agents/brokers selling their products. He has a diverse background, having worked for several life insurers as well as service providers, most recently with Cognizant.

As the portfolio head he leads the BPO Operations for Infosys McCamish for USA. He is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for business, driving strategy and implementation of operational priorities in alignment with the overall organizational mandate.

Jeoff obtained his BA degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his MBA from Drake University. He and his wife, Ann, live in West Des Moines and have two children who remain in the Des Moines area. His interest includes biking, golf, tennis, reading and guitar.
