Infosys, a Leader in NelsonHall’s NEAT vendor evaluation for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO)

NelsonHall, a leading analyst and advisory firm, has ranked Infosys as a Leader in their Multi-process Human Resources Outsourcing (MPHRO) NEAT Research published in July 2014.

The report lists Infosys strengths in MPHRO:

  • Large BPO client base and opportunity to expand these contracts to include MPHRO services (all existing MPHRO clients of Infosys are part of a wider, multi-tower BPO deal)
  • MPHRO offering includes support for services across the entire HR spectrum, including benefits administration and relocation administration
  • Enhanced learning offering including program design, development, deployment and administration
  • Enhanced analytics capabilities for workforce management, employee engagement, and training and development
  • Approximately 65 percent of its MPHRO clients include at least one HRO service beyond its core offering of HR administration, payroll, and HRIS
  • Ability to add two to three MPHRO clients a year for the last three years
  • Potential to leverage existing BPO delivery centers to add onshore or nearshore support for HR activities
  • Expanded payroll partner network in Europe (important to its MPHRO offering since payroll services are included in 90 percent of its MPHRO contracts)
  • Ability and success in leveraging the Infosys TalentEdge platform (based on Oracle PeopleSoft); 40 percent of MPHRO clients use TalentEdge, which includes self-service and access to mobile and smart phone devices for basic self-service transactions
