Ake Nylen

Ake Nylen has a degree in Business Administration and Economics and more than 20 years of work experience in IT and Telecom industries. He has held senior executive positions in Marketing, Sales, Key Account Management, Product Management, and Business Development. Ake has led both large multinationals and small organizations. This has given him in depth understanding of the dynamics of establishing new businesses and managing complex internal and external customer delivery processes. Ake has 11 years of international work experience working at Sweden, UK, Netherlands, and France. As the Vice President - High Tech Business Segment Sales at eBuilder, he leads Cloud Process practices internationally.

 
John Willmott

John Willmott is the founder of NelsonHall and has been CEO since its inception in 1998. John has developed the company to its present position as the leading BPO analyst firm globally. He is actively involved in the delivery of client assignments and has personally covered the BPO market since 1992. He has led over hundred BPO assessments.

John assists organizations in understanding the true shape of the BPO market and the success factors involved in BPO from both buy-side and supply-side perspectives. He continues to contribute to, and oversee NelsonHall's BPO research. Widely regarded as a 'BPO guru', John is a sought after speaker and also presents NelsonHall's quarterly 'BPO Index' webcast, monitoring developments in the BPO marketplace worldwide.

John has over 20 years of experience in the services sector, principally in roles with strategic marketing responsibility. John previously held senior positions with suppliers and research agencies in both Europe and the U.S. He holds a masters degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.

 
Rajiv

Rajiv joined Infosys BPO in 2002 and currently heads HRO and Sales & Fulfillment. Both practices span over 4000 FTEs across five global delivery centers. He served as a solution Head for Manufacturing, Order Management and HRO practices. He has also played a key role in sales, solution design, transition, operation and transformation across industry segments.

Prior to Infosys, Rajiv was with Andersen Business Consulting. He engaged in new business planning, strategy design, process optimization, and post-merger integration for industries including healthcare, pharma, telecom, manufacturing, financial services, and tourism. He started his career with the finance division at Aravind Garments.

Rajiv holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, a graduate degree in Cost and Management Accounting, and bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bangalore
