Shirin Kabara, Practice Lead L&D, HRD was on the panel at the recently held UBS Forum – Future HR Summit 2019 to discuss ‘How do you create organizational culture to develop and prepare it for the future?'. Shirin discussed multiple ways in which organizations can build their culture and inspire employees for enhanced performance. He discussed the role of aligning the learning agenda with key organizational priorities, which further impact and shape the organization’s culture. He further spoke about implementing the right assessment tools that help gauge employee potential so that organizations can focus on succession planning to get leaders ready for the future.
