  • One of the largest private telecommunication services providers in India with annual turnover in excess of USD 7.6 Bn.
  • Started m-commerce operations through its subsidiary based on authorization from the Department of Payment and Settlement Systems, RBI (Reserve Bank of India) for issue of prepaid payment instruments in India

The client wanted Infosys to help them setup their mobile commerce platform and applications. They also wanted to leverage our process expertise to setup the following functions from scratch:

Creation of robust reporting and triggering model for revenue and assurance management

Our Solution

Infosys co-created the revenue assurance process from scratch for the m-commerce product of the client. This included:

  • Risk assessment
  • Identifying key performance indicators(KPIs)
  • Controls monitoring and operations
  • Content payment settlement with third-party vendors
  • Testing for identifying service failure scenarios for the client’s mobile app store
