Category managers lead category management teams that have deep subject matter knowledge and operational expertise. They are responsible for developing a category service offering within their portfolio area and delivering to agreed plans with defined objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Category Managers ensure alignment of supplier terms and pricing with best practice and current market conditions. Additionally, they build and maintain relationships that produce long-term, sustainable benefits.
