Roberto supports one of the key mining clients in Infosys BPM. His primary focus is to ensure all savings and contractual management activities are achieved. He is also responsible for standardizing processes between vendors and client stakeholders to deliver on-time and on-target metrics with outstanding support. Roberto has deployed multiple and invaluable initiatives aimed to increase client / employee engagement, that had great impact and was recognized in several occasions by the client and in Infosys for practice replication.
Roberto joined Infosys in 2016 but has 19 years of experience. He had the opportunity to work for a global brewery company where he acquired most of his knowledge; his multiple areas of expertise are: logistics, trade marketing, sales capabilities and Sourcing & Procurement.
