Dear Readers,
For us as procurement practitioners, it’s that time of the year when we sift through the year gone by, reflect on what worked (and didn’t) and arrive at our focus areas for the year ahead that will transform the function.
In this holiday edition of SPENDBYTES, we’ve tried to do just that! We’ve gift wrapped for you a very special feature: results of the Infosys Portland-CIPS survey with some deep insights from across about 170 CPOs in the ANZ region. We’ve cherry picked for you some deep dives: on Supplier Chain Excellence & Risks, Rising Influence of Technology in Supply Risk Management and our interesting client success-story: how our AI based information dashboard transformed static procurement performance reporting to a dynamic decision support and risk mitigation platform, for one of our clients, among others!
We’ll keep it as real in the new year with more interesting articles, insights & snippets.
Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
Cheers,
Team SPENDBYTES
