As the Practice Lead for Sourcing & Procurement, Vineet specializes in Spend Analysis and Master Data management. He works across multiple industry domains to help clients with their Spend and Master Data Management initiatives and challenges. With 30+ years of experience, including 14+ years in the ITES industry, he has been instrumental in leading many Spend Analysis and Master Data projects, starting from implementation, to supporting and handholding transitions, and managing operations; all aimed at identifying areas for delivering greater Spend Value for clients.

Some of his accomplishments include outcome-based process improvement model linking Infosys performance to key business metrics for one of the mining client engagements; implemented spend analysis solutions for multiple organizations resulting in much-needed spend visibility and savings. As part of Master Data support initiatives, he works towards standardizing and improving MDM processes for clients leading to quality data, elimination of duplicates and enrichment. He also assists technology teams on how they can develop and enhance offerings in the area of Data Analytics and Visualization.
