Mayank Jain is the Senior Lead for Client Operations and Services for Infosys BPM. Based out of New Jersey, USA, Jain is responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement account for an iconic North American fashion brand. His team delivers sourcing support, spend analytics, contract management, buy desk, and several other functions crucial in the procurement process. His team also supports the client in strengthening their category managers and business stakeholders.

His engagement with two automotive manufacturing firms, early on in his 20 years of experience, helped him build the expertise in procurement space, at the same time sharpening his skills in understanding the basics of sourcing in a real-time manufacturing environment.

Jain became a part of Infosys BPM in 2011 and led development of multiple solutions for our valuable clients, enabling higher category savings, enhancing business environment, impacting spend management. He has also spearheaded several digital initiatives, wherein Infosys BPM co-developed technology tools.

Having managed several projects under multiple roles, Jain is always on the lookout for problem areas for the clients, in order to develop effective solutions for the procurement sector. He believes that client management is not simply delivering what has been asked for, but to work together to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions.
