VPAS® Open Document Processor (VPAS® ODP)
The VPAS® Open Document Processor uses the open business processing model (web services) to produce letters, notifications, and reports to support the CSWD and ad hoc report requests. VPAS® Open Document Processor includes facilities for requesting, formatting, and distributing reports both online and offline. It includes a user interface accessed from the Infosys McCamish Systems dashboard that enables CSRs to make and track requests for customer reports, letters, and notices.
