VPAS® Policy Administration System (VPAS® PAS)
VPAS® PAS is the core policy administration platform for servicing all inforce policy transactions. The single platform provides services for all lines of business and all market segments as described above for end-to-end policy administration.
The platform is built on a service-oriented architecture (SOA) such that all business rules and calculations are available to any other SOA-based software.
VPAS â PAS batch processing supports the ability to meet contractual processing commitments by incorporating a flexible, multi-thread processing architecture in its nightly batch processing. This batch processing architecture takes advantage of multithreading software and multiprocessor servers so that long running processes can be modified to fit the nightly downstream integration deadlines expected by clients.
