Archana Arcot, Human Resources Business Leader

Archana Arcot, PhD GPHR, is the Human Resources Business Leader of Infosys McCamish Systems. She has over 14 years of experience in the area of Human Resources (HR), with a special focus in establishing startup and international HR operations. She heads organizational development (OD) for Infosys BPM globally and anchors the career path architecture, performance management, leadership development and executive education. Before joining Infosys McCamish, Archana was in this role at Infosys IBPO for close to three years.

Previously, Archana was Vice President and Head of Organization Effectiveness at WNS Global Services for over six years. Prior to her tenure at WNS, Archana served as Head of the HR division at Airtel (Bharti Cellular Ltd) for its Mumbai Circle Operations and before that at ONIDA (MIRC Electronics) as HR Business Partner for its Service Business Unit.

Archana holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HR, a Master’s in English Literature, and a PhD in Human Resources Development. She has a GPHR certification from SHRM, and her professional accreditations include: SHL’s - CBI, OPQ, DDI’s TSI, CCMC Competency Assessor, Thomas DISC, Gallup Q12, MBTI and BELBIN.
