Transition

The Infosys transition methodology is globally accepted. It is a continuously evolving piece of framework which has been successfully used to transition 1500+ processes across multiple verticals and geographies. The transition process is complex because it requires high degree of understanding, standardization and change enablers to ensure business change is seamless. Transition typically consists of four distinct phases of service delivery referred to as: pre-transition, transition planning, transition execution and steady state.

The key differentiator that Infosys has to offer is that the methodology is not a “one size fits all” but can be tweaked based on the task at hand. This framework provides flexibility to the transition team at both ends to adapt in accordance to the requirement of the project. Finally, the transition resources at Infosys are completely in sync with this framework and they are ably trained to maintain the fine balance between project rigor and alignment to business priorities.
