Geoff will share his views on a panel discussion on the topic What is needed to maintain a lean and agile procurement model. The event is scheduled on May 4 and 5 and will be held in Melbourne.

Geoff has 20+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain consulting, with broad industry experience spanning both the health sector and other leading practice industries. Geoff has led our health practice for four years, working across all states and clients ranging from public and private hospital groups to health insurance, health services, aged care, and pharmaceuticals.  His engagements have ranged from short, targeted advisory work to supporting major organisations to successfully navigating complex transformations of their entire procurement and supply function.
