The Infosys BPM Internship Program is a project-based initiative designed to propagate industry-academia collaboration by providing hands-on experience to students pursuing post-graduation in various disciplines from premier educational institutions.

Projects from diverse organizational functions are carefully selected on the basis of business value addition and approved by Infosys BPM leaders. This ensures that interns work on meaningful and impactful projects that align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Our internship program is specifically designed for post graduate students from select colleges, in their penultimate or final year.

Provides projects related to financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planning, gaining insights into the financial operations of a global organization.

Focus on talent management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR analytics, providing interns with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and strategies.

Contribute to projects that drive digital innovation and transformation, work on initiatives such as automation, digital tools, and process optimization.

Work on projects that enhance value creation for clients through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives, allowing interns to develop skills in value analysis and design thinking.

Contribute to projects aimed at improving process quality, compliance, and operational excellence, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Help manage and execute large-scale programs and initiatives, and gain experience in project management, coordination, and strategic planning.

Engage in identifying and assessing risks and opportunities, developing response strategies, and monitoring their effectiveness. This role offers a comprehensive understanding of risk management processes and the chance to contribute to stakeholder protection and value creation, while developing analytical and strategic thinking skills in a real-world business environment.

Help in enhancing brand awareness and visibility through thought leadership content, media and industry relations, awards, and client endorsements. Also, support sales and revenue teams by participating in global marketing events and running social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Help manage the organization’s physical infrastructure, maintaining office spaces and providing support to employees and guests. Its objective is to support all business units by providing infrastructure and facilities-related assistance, guided by company policies and service level agreements.

The Technology Infrastructure Group (TIG) at Infosys BPM designs, implements, and manages the entire technology infrastructure, ensuring reliable setups for clients. Responsible for LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, desktop and network equipment, data storage, security, and voice setups, TIG leverages cutting-edge technology and optimized processes to meet growing IT and security demands.

This unit supports organizational changes by aligning with vertical (segment) and horizontal (delivery) structures. They focus on seven strategic imperatives, including global view, rapid growth, margin expansion, innovation, operational efficiency, and technology leadership. They handle business planning, performance management, sales planning, and strategic reviews, driving initiatives like M&A and partnerships, and ensuring corporate alignment.
