Caroline Johnson

With over 20 years of global experience in organisational development Caroline has worked across a wide range of industries from Professional Services and Information Technology to Procurement and Financial Services. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sydney majoring in Industrial Relations and has achieved qualifications in Quality Assurance, Immigration Law and Project Management. With a focus on the development of globally diverse cultures, Caroline has worked across Asia Pacific, USA, UK & Europe in roles including the establishment of a successful international recruitment practice, the development and implementation of Global HR Policy, Systems and Processes and partnering with business leaders in the delivery of people strategy for a range of multi-national and SME businesses.
