Infosys BPM wins big at the Brandon Hall Group HCM 2021 Excellence awards
Infosys BPM has announced that it has won prestigious awards at the Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) 2021 Excellence awards in two categories. We won the Silver Award for Best Unique and Innovative Leadership Development Program for the Authentic Leadership Initiative as well as the Bronze Award for Best Advance in Corporate Culture Transformation for the Infosys Citizenship Quotient (iCQ), which recognizes and rewards Organisation Citizenship Behaviors (OCBs). These awards are a testament to our cutting-edge practices and leadership experiences that we strive to meet in all of our organizational and leadership development practices.
About the Authentic Leadership Initiative
The Authentic Leadership program was launched for all the 1,000+ senior leaders to help discover themselves, build self-awareness, and inspire themselves and their teams to bring the best version of themselves and the people they interact with, at work and beyond. The larger intent was to nurture an environment of service leadership, empathy, customer centricity, and growth mindset. The objective of this program was to create a shared language of change and an action plan on how to demonstrate the same on ground, which is articulated as part of the Infosys BPM Authentic Leadership Model where leaders play an important role by elevating the culture of leadership as a service.
