Infosys BPM and Royal Philips Shine at the SSON Europe Impact Award 2021

Infosys BPM and Royal Philips have been recognized as winners in the Change management category at the prestigious SSON Europe Impact Award 2021. This is among the most sought after and prominent awards in the industry.

Infosys BPM and Royal Philips won this award on the basis of a submission showcasing how the two organizations jointly collaborated to implement one of the largest RPA programs in the market. The program delivered massive benefits to Royal Philips, enabling them to achieve an aspirational target of 1 million person-hour savings.

The awards ceremony was held on 22nd October 2021, and was joined by members of the top global shared services and GBS leaders.
