Infosys Positioned as a Leader in ISG Provider Lens’ reports on Future of Work - Services and Solutions 2022 in Australia and the US

Infosys has been ranked a Leader in the ISG Provider Lens™ reports on the Future of Work - Services and Solutions 2022 in Australia and the US. In both countries, Infosys has been recognized as a Leader across four quadrants: Workplace Strategy Transformation Services, Digital Service Desk and Workplace Support Services, Managed Workplace Services - End User Technology - Large Accounts, and Managed Employee Experience Services.

For the study, ISG evaluated a total of 30 managed service providers and vendors in Australia and 37 in the US based on the breadth of their products and services portfolio, market presence, and competitive position. Infosys was distinguished for demonstrating excellence and quality across its comprehensive products and services portfolio, employee experience platforms, and connected workspaces with a focus on reskilling and learning, sustainability, and digital adoption.

The reports highlighted Infosys’ strengths with regards to the following:
