Speaker profile

Vijay Melukote has 20 years of experience in the industry with 10 years in senior leadership roles in the BPO industry in operations / transition / account management with global majors such as Thomson Reuters and niche mortgage service providers such as Ocwen Financial Solutions. He has been with Infosys for five years now and has been responsible for growing their BPO portfolio. He has been instrumental in bringing to life converged IT / BPO solutions successfully. As the head of BPO in Australia, he is involved in managing the BPO engagements with multiple clients, including providing strategic direction on steering committees. He is also the co-chair of the Australian chapter of the IAOP (International Association for Outsourcing Professionals).

Prasanth Nair leads new customer engagements globally across solution and transition tracks in the finance and accounting space at Infosys. He has helped clients with business process re-engineering, business strategy formulation, and leveraging technology to redefine finance operations. Prasanth has been involved in leading business process optimization, and consolidation of business process and functions for several Fortune 500 clients.
