Speaker Profiles
Michel has over 14 years of experience in setting up and running global Shared Services. Prior his position at Infosys BPO, Michel was the Senior Vice President at Royal Philips, in charge of Global Finance Shared Services. At Philips, he implemented a global captive organization of more than 2000 FTEs, generating 25% of savings for Philips and reaching world-class cost status. He was the Co-Chair of the European Shared Services Council of the Conference Board from 2004 to 2007.
Allen manages Infosys BPO's three delivery centers in Asia Pacific - China, Philippines, and Thailand. As a member of Infosys BPO's Executive Council, he drives corporate strategy as well as business initiatives. Allen is also an Executive Council member of Infosys Technologies in China. He has over 10 years of experience in investment banking covering equity capital market as well as M&A activities for Asia Pacific clients. Allen is a certified CPA from New York, USA.
