Everything Everywhere runs two of Britain's biggest telecommunication brands - Orange and T-Mobile - with 30 million customers in the UK. The company oversees the growth of the two brands, seizing the opportunity to do things differently and make a difference for its business, employees and customers. P-O Ahlstrom discusses transformation challenges and how outsourcing has played a critical role in such programs. He discusses how outsourcing is strategically enabling its journey to provide customers with instant access to "everything, everywhere." Ahlstrom explains how transformation and outsourcing program for T-Mobile finance function was developed and shares critical success factors, important lessons learned, and results achieved.
P-O Ahlstrom is the Director of Risk Control and Internal Audit with Everything Everywhere Limited. He is responsible for designing effective control and risk management processes that safeguard company assets and brand while allowing maximum growth and profitability. Prior to his current role, Ahlstrom was employed by T-Mobile where he held senior service integration, risk, and compliance management roles. Earlier, Ahlstrom held roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and World Access Scandinavia. Throughout his career, Ahlstrom is recognized for his change management and service integration achievements, including spearheading continuous improvement initiatives as well as finance efficiency, outsourcing, and strategic partnering opportunities. Ahlstrom is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He received his bachelor's in business administration and master's in computer and systems sciences from the Stockholm University.
