Keith, Research Fellow, HR Services Industry

Keith is a Research Fellow for HfS Research, with focus on the HR services industry and critical factors that shape the future of workforce development in today's environment.

With over two decades in HR and BPO services experience, he is a pioneer of HR outsourcing. After years of leading HR and BPO service organizations, Keith set out to launch his own HR practice that helps organizations focus innovation and service delivery on primary business outcomes.

He helps organizations prioritize their customer's desired business outcomes, focus improvement and innovation efforts on important and unsatisfied outcomes, and measure the results of their improvement efforts. This method is equally effective for commercial service providers or internal functional service providers become successful at satisfying desired outcomes. He has been involved in developing critical technologies necessary to support outsourcing models. He also successfully partnered with a large Indian firm to transition back-office transaction processing offshore.

Prior to joining HfS Research, Keith spent eight years leading the HR Outsourcing business at Ceridian, a global HR service provider. He was also a HRO Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Fidelity Investments.

Keith has spoken at conferences, been on industry panels, and written numerous articles on HRO. He is a member of the advisory board at HRO Today. He has also been recognized on HRO Today's HRO Superstar list several times.

Diana, HR Strategies

Diana has over 20 years of experience in building human resources capabilities within organizations. She has served at several leadership positions where she developed and implemented strategies for l culture and organizational capabilities, diversity, talent acquisition, employee retention, compensation, benefits, and M&A integrations and transitions for Fortune 100 companies. She has worked in aviation, managed services, emergency management, construction, energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure industries with employee bases of up to 250,000 globally.

Diana has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin.

Moderator Profile

Gary, Director, HR Outsourcing Research

Gary is the HR Outsourcing Research Director at NelsonHall. He joined NelsonHall in April 2007 after gaining extensive HR management experience at AT&T. Gary covers all HRO disciplines and has published numerous market analysis studies including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Learning BPO, Payroll BPO, Mid-market HRO, and Multi-process HRO.

Gary is an experienced guest speaker and lecturer , having presented at conferences throughout the U.S. and Europe, including HRO World, RPO Summit, and HRO Summit Europe, on:

  • Outsourcing topics that include: Best Practices in Outsourcing HRO and Employee Call Center Services, Governance Matters, RPO’s Role in Building Global Workforces, State of the Outsourcing Marketplace and Learning BPO, Closing the Customer-Provider Gap, etc.
  • Quality topics, such as Initiating Quality Training Programs and Using Complaints as Customer Service Opportunities.

Gary has also written numerous articles and blogs on Quality and Outsourcing.

Gary’s academic qualifications include:

  • A BS in Management Science from Kean College, New Jersey
  • An MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey

Gary is an Adjunct Professor at Bloomfield College, New Jersey, where he has been teaching business courses, including Total Quality Management (TQM), for 18 years. He is also a certified online instructor and has taught both fully online and hybrid classes. In addition, Gary has had the unique opportunity of teaching onsite at nine major New Jersey corporations who enrolled multiple students in the Supply Chain Management Program.
