Infosys partnered with Philips Latin America to implement a global, first-of-its-kind outsourcing project. Over just a few weeks, both companies formed a partnership to fully leverage the potential of an existing global contract. Six months after the business case approval, the transition was completed and Infosys was leading the accounting processes, not only for Brazil but also for Argentina and Chile, all out of a new Greenfield Operation in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The project was supported by Infosys, Pune, India. Ronald Eikelenboom will share how they gained internal support for the project and discuss the critical success factors and challenges faced.
