Established in April 2002, Infosys BPM is the business process management subsidiary of Infosys (NYSE: INFY) that provides end-to-end transformative services for its clients across the globe. All through our journey, we have been constantly ranked among the leading BPM companies in India by industry bodies such as Global Outsourcing 100 (The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals), FAO Today, and NelsonHall.

We have not only pioneered ‘Business Value Realization’ (BVR) but has also emerged as a trusted and valued collaboration partner through consistent focus on improving the process and business metrics. We operate globally with 38,510 employees spread across Americas, the Asia-Pacific, South Africa, Australia and Europe.

  • Infosys BPO renamed to Infosys BPM

2017

  • Infosys BPO completes 15 years. Celebrates # Spirit of 15

2016

  • The launch of reimagining BPO, reshaping client experience and igniting minds with innovative methods of doing business

2015

  • Infosys BPO's 32nd center begins operation. Operations now carried out from 32 centers spread across 14 locations

2012

  • Infosys BPO completes 10 years

2011

  • Infosys BPO acquired Australia-based Portland Group Pty Ltd, a leading provider of strategic sourcing and category management services. Portland Group was founded in 1999 and serves several large ASX 200 organizations within the Australia region.

2009

  • Infosys BPO acquired McCamish Systems LLC, a premier US-based business process solutions provider, establishing it as a key player in business platform services for the insurance and financial services sector.
  • Infosys BPO earned the highest rating, Level 5, for the e-Sourcing Capability Model (eSCM–SP: v2.0) by Carnegie Mellon University's IT Services Qualification Center (ITSqc). It is the second company in India and third, globally, to be certified at Level 5 eSCM-SP.

2008

  • Infosys BPO added its 50th client, a leading publisher
  • Infosys BPO launches an international center in Monterrey, Mexico as a part of its strategy to provide nearshore and Spanish language support for its North America clients

2007

  • Infosys BPO certified for e-Sourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP v2.0) at Level 4.0 by the Carnegie Mellon University's IT Services Qualification Center (ITSqc), becoming the only company to achieve this on the first attempt
  • Infosys BPO launches its delivery center in Hangzhou, China to service clients in the APAC region in region-specific languages
  • Infosys BPO expands its operations by starting a delivery center in Manila, Philippines
  • Infosys awarded a multi-year global BPM contract by Royal Philips Electronics which is among the largest F&A deals in BPO from India and expands Infosys’ global network by adding 1400 skilled staff and acquiring three centers in India, Poland and Thailand

2006

  • Infosys BPO becomes a 10,000 employee organization
  • Infosys BPO adds its 25th client, a leading US-based insurance company
  • Infosys BPO launches two new domestic delivery centers in Jaipur and Gurgaon
  • Progeon Ltd. is renamed to Infosys BPO, thus strengthening Infosys’ promise by enabling our clients to work with one integrated brand for consulting, technology, and process outsourcing

2005

  • Infosys BPO gets ISO: 9000 and ISO: 27000 Certificates

2004

  • Infosys BPO expands its global operations by launching its first international center in Brno, Czech Republic to support European clients in European languages

2003

  • Infosys BPO expands its operations by launching a delivery center in Pune

2002

  • Infosys BPO gets its first client; a leading global high-tech manufacturer for the global sales order operations
  • Incorporation of the company (at that time known as Progeon Limited) as a subsidiary of Infosys Limited Ltd in India to focus on business process management
