The Nasscom National Technology Confluence 2025, themed ‘Era of Intelligent Progress,’ brought together leaders, practitioners, and innovators to shape conversations around the future of technology, skills, and industry transformation.
We participated in the roundtable discussion ‘Services–Software Model: Disrupt to Thrive,’ where Srikant Balan, Senior Vice President and Business Head (Infosys BPM), joined industry peers to explore the shift toward software-led models, digital workers, orchestrators, and the growing need for techno-functional talent.
The Nasscom National BPM Council’s Strategic Talent & Skilling Workshop brought together HR, L&D, operations, and business leaders to shape the future capability framework for the BPM sector. Uma Sankar, Vice President & Global Head – HRD (Infosys BPM and Shirin Kabra, Senior Lead Principal – L&D (Infosys BPM), collaborated with industry stakeholders to advance a shared vision for scalable, industry-ready talent. The discussions focused on three-dimensional skilling, combining domain knowledge, technology capabilities, and essential soft skills. The discussions also explored partnership-led models to enhance talent availability and strengthen the wider BPM ecosystem.
The Nasscom Agentic AI Confluence 2025, themed at ‘AI 3.0: Agents that Explore, Explain, Execute’, convened enterprises, technology leaders, and policy stakeholders to explore the future potential of autonomous systems, governance, and scalable innovation.
At the roundtable on ‘Data Strategy & Governance’, Manjunath Shankaranarayan, Senior Domain Principal (Infosys BPM) contributed perspectives alongside leaders from global aerospace, automotive, retail, and omnichannel commerce sectors. The discussion highlighted that strong data foundations are critical to building trustworthy, scalable, and enterprise-grade intelligent systems. Our participation emphasized practical approaches to governance, resilience, and enablement required to drive responsible innovation.

The Discover India Tech – Innovation Series, hosted by the MeitY - Nasscom Center of Excellence, convened technology and industry leaders to explore the theme ‘Accelerating Innovation in a GenAI World.’
At the forum, Surya Yerramilli, Senior Practice Lead (Infosys BPM), joined industry speakers and participants in discussion to building structured innovation engines and accelerating enterprise transformation through Generative AI. The exchange reinforced the growing importance of ecosystem partnerships and systemic innovation to accelerate business outcomes in an increasingly digital and disruptive landscape.
