Infosys BPO Repeats Winning Streak at SSON Excellence Awards

Infosys BPO, in partnership with National Australia Bank, has been recognized for Excellence in Customer Service at the 14th Annual Australasian Shared Services & Outsourcing Week in Melbourne. The award highlights the seamless work across time zones, cultures, and organizational boundaries that Infosys BPO delivers for customers of NAB. This is our second consecutive award won with NAB: in 2010 we were recognized under "Best New Services Delivery."

The SSON award, which is judged by a panel of experts respected across the Shared Services and Outsourcing industry, recognized the immense benefits brought in by Infosys BPO as it worked with NAB to reduce operational losses and enhance customer satisfaction. Lean methodology and six sigma processes were used to elevate process efficiencies resulting in a remarkable turnaround of customer satisfaction scores. The Infosys BPO client-oriented value system also contributed to the evolution of an adaptable, customer-centered shared service organization proven by the tremendous reduction in escalation calls by customers.
