Infosys BPM Awarded with DL Shah Quality Gold Award

Infosys BPM has won the prestigious 12th Quality Council of India (QCI) – DL Shah Gold Award. The award was presented on 12th February at the Hotel Hyatt Regency, Pune during the inaugural session of the 2nd Regional Quality Conclave.

The award is a recognition of the excellent work demonstrated by Infosys BPM through its Zero Distance (ZD) Program which aimed to move closer to processes, client, and value delivery. Infosys BPM’s framework for building a trusted partnership with the clients through ZD has been acknowledged as the ideal framework for driving customer experience.

About the Award

Now in its 12th year, the QCI is a joint setup between the Government of India and the Indian industries which is playing a pivotal role at the national level in propagating, adopting, and adhering to quality standards. The QCI – DL Shah Gold Award aims to promote awareness on performance improvement through quality initiatives and recognizes successful projects and initiatives of an organization.
