Infosys BPO Poland certified as Top Employer Poland 2014
Infosys BPO Poland has been certified as Top Employer Poland for the third time in a row. This year, the top employer certification was given to an exclusive group of 39 companies operating in Poland that meet the highest standards in the area of HR management.
About Top Employers
The Top Employers certification methodology was developed by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF) Institute, the Netherlands. The institute was founded in 1991 as a joint initiative of academicians, business journalists, trade associations, researchers, and international publishers, with the objective of offering independent HR assessment and acknowledgement.
Every year, the Top Employers certification is given to companies that meet the highest standards in the area of HR management taking into consideration the working conditions of and development perspectives for their employees. Companies are judged based on an interview with their HR managers and an audit by Grant Thornton to analyze basic working conditions, additional benefits, training and career development programs, as well as the company's organizational culture.
