Infosys BPO recognized at the BPO Excellence Awards 2012

Infosys BPO has won two BPO Excellence Awards trophies in the BPO Innovation of the Year and the Operational Excellence & Quality Award categories. The prestigious trophies were awarded by the stars of the Industry group.

Infosys BPO was recognized for implementing its innovative operational framework to drive process efficiency and transformation which resulted in considerable cost savings for the client and also enhanced the end-user satisfaction scores.
