Infosys BPM has been recognized as the winner of the 2023 ISG Star of Excellence™ Award in the HR Outsourcing category, for consistently demonstrating the highest standards of customer service excellence in the past year.
Infosys BPM has demonstrated outstanding performance with an impressive customer experience (CX) score of 75.4, exceeding the industry average of 62.7 and outperforming competitors across the six dimensions as part of ISG's CX research. ISG's ongoing CX research invites enterprises to rate their experiences with IT and business services providers across six dimensions: Collaboration and Transparency; Execution and Delivery; Innovation and Thought Leadership; Governance and Compliance; People and Cultural Fit, and Business Continuity and Flexibility.
The winners are chosen from among a group of more than 2,000 service providers and vendors ISG analyzes and evaluates each year. This year, ISG received feedback from enterprise clients with roles in IT, operations, lines of business, procurement and vendor management and other areas, and operating in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
