Infosys BPM wins at Hackett Innovation Awards 2026

Infosys BPM has been recognized as a winner for its ‘Order-to-Cash: Agentic AI in Finance’ initiative at the Hackett Innovation Awards 2026. The awards honour organizations that are moving beyond experimentation and using AI to reinvent enterprise workflows and operating models, accelerate performance, and deliver measurable impact across end-to-end business processes.

This award recognizes Infosys BPM’s efforts in transforming Infosys Ltd.’s order-to-cash operations and accelerating free cash flow, a key CFO priority, through the implementation of an Agentic AI-powered Accounts Receivable overdue management platform built on Infosys Agentic Foundry. The platform orchestrates seven specialized AI agents through a single dashboard to automate overdue tracking across systems while enabling real-time visibility, proactive follow-ups, and end-to-end control. In its first year, the initiative delivered a $62M improvement in free cash flow, a 3.9% reduction in overdue AR, and a 66% reduction in manual processing.
