Infosys BPM wins at the Diversity Charter Awards 2025, the Czech Republic

Infosys BPM secured first place in the “Employer Supporting Women in the Workplace” category at the 2025 Diversity Charter Awards for our HR initiative, “Empower with Care.”

This award celebrates our commitment to building a workplace where women can thrive by fostering gender balance through inclusive practices and care. We support women in overcoming career barriers and promote well-being by encouraging work-life balance and prioritizing women’s health.

The award ceremony took place in Prague on May 30, 2025, during the European Diversity Day 2025 Ceremonial Conference.

About the Award:

The Diversity Charter Awards are presented by BPS – Byznys pro spolecnost (Business for Society), the sole national partner of the European Diversity Charter in the Czech Republic. They promote responsible and sustainable business practices in the Czech Republic and recognize and honor organizations that implement best practices in fostering workplace diversity and inclusion.
