Infosys BPO wins awards for quality at the NIQR Lean Six Sigma Case study Contest 2015
Infosys BPO won the Platinum Award and the Special Jury award in the IT/ITES category at the NIQR Lean Six Sigma Case Study Contest 2015. The national level contest was organized by the Bangalore branch of the National Institute for Quality and Reliability (NIQR) and held in Bangalore between 17th- 19th December 2015.
The Platinum Award was for the efforts towards productivity improvements in a client’s finance and accounting (F&A) processes. The Special Jury Award was for a project where Infosys BPO improved the accuracy percentages in a client’s credit card refunding process.
These awards are a recognition of the continuous efforts by Infosys BPO towards adding value to its clients business.
About the NIQR Awards:
Started in 1987, National Institute for Quality and Reliability (NIQR) is devoted to the promotion of excellence in quality through research, consulting, training, and workshops on quality and reliability. The case study competition this year had nominations from diverse companies spread across six categories - Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Utility industry, DFSS, Lean, RQE and Kaizen.
