Infosys BPM wins the 2019 NASSCOM Customer Service Excellence Award

Infosys BPM won the prestigious NASSCOM Customer Service Excellence Award 2019 in the Process Efficiency category. The award ceremony, held during the NASSCOM BPM Strategy Summit on 5th September at Conrad Hotel, Bangalore, saw an attendance of more than 300 delegates across industries from various cities in India.

The award is a testament of the excellent work done by Infosys BPM through the various steps taken to drive metrics’ performance using advanced technology interventions and analytics consulting for the client.
