Infosys BPO receives honorable mention for positively impacting customer satisfaction
Infosys BPO received an honorable mention for this year’s ERM Award of Distinction at the RIMS ERM Conference 2013 in San Francisco. As a result of its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) implementation, the company has seen a direct correlation between its risk program and higher customer satisfaction scores.
Judging criteria for the ERM Award of Distinction includes – the scope of the ERM program and how it engages different levels throughout the organization, the program’s connection to the company’s overall mission, and its ability to create additional value for the organization.
