Infosys BPO wins at the CII 7th National Conference and competition on Six Sigma 2013

Infosys BPO won an award in the Process Improvements – Services category at the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) 7th National Conference and competition on Six Sigma 2013. This award is a testimony of the business value we deliver to our clients.

The winning Six Sigma project was based on ‘Reduction in Handling Time for Earnings Estimate Reject cases’. It describes how the Infosys team identified opportunities to eliminate activities that do not add value to the client’s processes. The team found an opportunity for improvement using Six Sigma tools which resulted in a 30 percent improvement in productivity and time to market.

In the year 2007, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) established a National Award on Six Sigma to recognize organizations that have successfully adopted and implemented Six Sigma techniques resulting in improvement in processes.
