Infosys BPM and T-Mobile Win Big at 2020 SSON North America Impact Awards

Infosys BPM have won two prestigious awards with T-Mobile at the 2020 SSON North America Impact Awards - Winners in the Business Resilience category, and Runners-Up in the Customer Centricity category. These are among the most significant and sought after awards in the industry.

The winning submission highlighted Infosys BPM’s robust Business Continuity Management System that enabled seamless collaboration and sustenance of the process improvement initiatives in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The runners-up submission showcased how Infosys BPM enabled T-Mobile to achieve ‘best in class’ customer experience, and helped prevent revenue leakages as well as reduce risk exposures.

Held on 31st August 2020 virtually, the awards ceremony saw members of the top global outsourcing providers, advisers, and buyers.
