Infosys BPO wins TISS LeapVault CLO Awards in two categories
We are proud to announce that the Learning & Development team at Infosys BPO, bagged two awards at the TISS Leap Vault CLO Awards Ceremony held in Mumbai recently. The tem participated in two categories, the Induction and Value blended programs and won the award in both the categories, where two of Infosys BPO’s popular programs were showcased - Foundation Training and Emerging Leaders Management Program (ELMP). Foundation Training is the first step in an employee’s learning journey within Infosys and it is committed in building competence at various levels in the organization. The initiative focuses on integrating domain skills with foundation training to pave the way for greater alignment with business needs, while enriching the learning experience. ELMP focuses on leadership pipeline building through a holistic professional and personal development of an employee to manage the complexities, responsibilities and the nuances of the leadership role.
