Infosys BPO wins awards at the World Quality Congress 2016

Infosys BPO won the ‘Quality Excellence Award for Planning, Processes, and Systems,’ at the World Quality Congress & Awards 2016. The event, with the theme ‘The Future of Quality – Commitment to Excellence,’ was held on June 23 and 24, 2016, at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai, and saw over 293 nominations from all over the world.

The award is a testimony to Infosys BPO’s commitment towards persistently driving a culture of quality throughout the organization.
