John Thottungal currently leads the Sales, Account Management, and Capability Development functions for the Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and Life Sciences portfolio at Infosys BPM.
John has been with Infosys BPM since its early days and has played multiple roles across geographies spanning Solution Design, Transition, Account Management, and New Sales. He has been instrumental in guiding clients and prospects through their transformation journeys.
Before Infosys, John worked extensively in the Financial Services and Life Insurance sectors in India, holding strategic and operational roles at Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Bank, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
John holds a postgraduate degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and a mechanical engineering degree from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai. Additionally, he has completed executive leadership programs in Leadership & Finance from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
