Santosh Panpaliya is Senior Vice President & Global Head – HRD at Infosys BPM.

He is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives to support the organization’s global business objectives and talent transformation agenda. His areas of expertise include Strategic HR, Organization Development, Business & Geo HR, Global HR Compliance and Rewards & Recognition.

Santosh brings three decades of experience across diverse leadership roles and transformative initiatives. He joined Infosys in April 2000 and played multiple delivery roles across geographies before moving to HR in 2008. Since then, he has held various HR leadership roles and has been instrumental in conceptualizing and driving several strategic enterprise-wide HR initiatives. In his previous role, he served as Group Head – Organization Development.

Santosh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from NIT Nagpur and a PGDBA from NMIMS, Mumbai. He has also done Global Leadership Program from Stanford University, Graduate School of Business and Executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School.
