Srikant Balan
Senior Vice President and Business Head, Infosys BPM
Srikant currently leads the Communications, Media, and Telecom (CMT) and Services, Utilities, Resources, and Energy (SURE) business portfolio at Infosys BPM. He also oversees the Sales & Fulfillment (S&F) capability, the Infosys joint venture (HiPUS), and Infosys Portland.
Previously, Srikant spent over 17 years in the CEO’s office, heading Corporate Strategy, Risk Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping and executing the organization’s growth and differentiation strategy while mitigating enterprise risks.
With over 28 years of experience, Srikant has worked across India, the US, and Europe in process consulting and technology, holding leadership roles in top-tier organizations.
He holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay. Additionally, he has completed executive leadership programs in Leadership & Finance from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.
