Srikant Balan

Senior Vice President and Business Head, Infosys BPM

Srikant leads the Hitech, Manufacturing, CRL (CPG, Retail, Logistics), CMT (Communications, Media, Telecom), and SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources, and Energy) business portfolios at Infosys BPM. In addition, he oversees the Infosys joint venture, HiPUS, and Infosys Portland.

Previously, he spent over 17 years in the CEO’s office, heading Corporate Strategy, Risk Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping and executing the organization’s growth and differentiation strategy while mitigating enterprise risks.

With over 29 years of experience, Srikant has worked across India, the US, and Europe in process consulting and technology, holding leadership roles in top-tier organizations. He holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay. Additionally, he has completed executive leadership programs in Leadership & Finance from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and Leadership Imperatives of the Future from MIT.
